# $SSL Token

$SSL is a token running on Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Binance Smart Chain (BSC) is best described as a blockchain that runs in parallel to the Binance Chain, as a means of utilizing solidity-based smart contracts with much greater speed and efficiency than the other blockchains. $SSL uses a token protocol developed by the Binance Team called BEP-20 and known for 5-second-block speeds, much faster than Dogecoin with 1- minute block speeds.

$SSL will be the native currency for the SHIBA SOCCER LEAGUE. All the trade within the ecosystem will be through the $SSL Token. $SSL acts as the currency to enter soccer matches or buy NFTs.
